Treatments

I offer treatments that help rebalance the energy in your body, mind, and spirit. My work is a combination of Shiatsu Therapy and Chōwa Do Ki-Regulating Therapy. A single session can offer relief from pain, a general feeling of wellness, and an improvement in mental health. A series of sessions or ongoing sessions offer a greater opportunity for healing, transformation, and improvement of your life.

Chōwa Do Ki-Regulating Therapy

Zen Shiatsu

Shiatsu therapy is a form of manipulation administered by the thumbs, fingers, and palms, without the use of any instrument, mechanical or otherwise, to apply pressure on the skin, correct internal malfunctioning, promote and maintain health, and treat specific diseases.
In this type of treatment, the energy flow of the body is restored working on the meridian lines.
Meridian lines are defined as channels of living magnetic energy in the body.

Chōwa Do • Ki Regulating Therapy

Chōwa Do is a system of training and healing rooted in the Traditional Energetic Healing Systems of Asia. By holding key points on the body,  is possible to work to regulate the Ki (vital life force) within the meridian system of the body, facilitating a return to harmony and wellbeing. Chōwa Do Ki-Regulation Therapy is a dynamic and accessible therapeutic system. It is a pragmatic and humanistic approach to the traditional healing arts. It recognizes that we now live in a global world. As the world changes, Traditional practices have much to offer in terms of health, vitality and healing. And traditions need to move forward for the benefit of all.
