I offer treatments that help rebalance the energy in your body, mind, and spirit. My work is a combination of Shiatsu Therapy and Chōwa Do Ki-Regulating Therapy. A single session can offer relief from pain, a general feeling of wellness, and an improvement in mental health. A series of sessions or ongoing sessions offer a greater opportunity for healing, transformation, and improvement of your life.

Shiatsu's combination of acupressure, stretches, and joint mobilization can be effective for addressing chronic pain and tension. It may help release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and alleviate discomfort associated with conditions like chronic headaches, back pain, or neck pain.
If you are interested in maintaining overall health and preventing imbalances in the body, Shiatsu can be part of a preventive wellness routine. Regular sessions may contribute to the maintenance of energy balance and overall vitality.
Shiatsu is typically performed with the client fully clothed. If you prefer a massage where you don't need to disrobe, Shiatsu provides the convenience of receiving therapeutic touch while wearing comfortable clothing.

This package is involves the most comprehensive and tailored help that I can offer you. It includes a combination of 12 treatments, access to all group classes, customized exercise and breathing practices, and I'm available for consultation via text and phone when you need. I only offer this to a handful of clients each month, and the spots go fast, so if you're looking for intensive care and guidance, then this is the package for you.
Shiatsu therapy is typically done fully clothed. I suggest that you wear light and comfy clothing. If you are coming from work and need to change, there is a private space available to change into more comfortable clothes before the treatement.
Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body using fingers, thumbs, palms, and sometimes elbows and knees. It is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and shares similarities with acupuncture in terms of the concept of energy meridians.
Treatments typically last 1 hour give or take 5 mins on either side to settle in or get ready to leave.
